Talent Acquisition Associate

4 Month Contract to Hire

Calculated Hire is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for their Fortune 500 Telecommunications partner responsible for supporting the recruitment process, which includes screening candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. They contribute to building teams by sourcing applicants through platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, interviewing candidates for various roles, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Candidate screening and sourcing : Conduct initial interviews and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Hiring manager collaboration : Work with hiring managers to define job needs, align recruitment strategies with company goals, and provide qualified candidates for consideration.
• Interview and onboarding support : Schedule interviews, coordinate the hiring process, and assist with the onboarding of new hires.
• Applicant tracking : Maintain and update information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Candidate communication : Communicate with applicants through various channels to provide support and information throughout the interview process.
• Recruitment optimization : Use recruiting tools and platforms, and provide feedback to help refine the overall recruitment strategy.
