Team Leader | Full-Time | Production

Production Supervisor Nights 

NIGHT SHIFT: MON-THUR 5:00PM-3:30AM 

Describe the Department:

Lead people in the Nacelles, Hub, and Drive Train lines to produce safely quality-focused products to meet customer demand. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan daily labor to perform safe and quality work.
• Understand and execute HSE safety policies and procedures.
• Lead people and supervise processes to ensure compliance with the procedures. Interview, hire, promote, and reprimand team members who are direct reports.
• Address complaints, concerns, and ideas for continuous improvement.
• Support the company and the manager's directions. Develop the team in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity measurements and execution. 

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred. 
• 5 years of experience leading people in a manufacturing environment.

Competencies:

• Computer skills: MS Office Suite, ERP, timekeeping, and incident gathering tools. 
• Ability to lead people. 
• Knowledge of how to train, teach, and coach team members. 
• Ability to create, maintain, and improve a safe work environment.

Night Shift position, which leads several production areas on the Nacelle, Hub, and Drive Train lines. 

Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000 (Plus Nights Differential)
