We are seeking highly skilled Subcontractor Cabinet Installers with experience in high-end and custom cabinetry installations. This opportunity is designed for professionals who value precision, take pride in superior craftsmanship, and understand the expectations of luxury residential and custom projects.
You will partner with a growing, quality-driven company that specializes in premium installations and values long-term relationships with experienced tradespeople.
Install high-end custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry
Perform cabinet refacing and specialty modifications
Review and interpret detailed plans, elevations, and shop drawings
Execute precise layouts, leveling, scribing, and alignment
Perform on-site cabinet modifications with exceptional attention to detail
Protect job sites, cabinetry, and surrounding finishes at all times
Supply and safely operate all professional-grade hand and power tools
Maintain an exceptionally clean and organized work environment
Meet agreed-upon project timelines without compromising quality
Conduct final quality inspections and white-glove customer walk-throughs
Coordinate professionally with designers, project managers, and other trades
Represent our brand with professionalism and discretion on luxury job sites
5+ years of experience installing high-end or custom cabinetry (required)
Proven experience with luxury residential or custom projects
Valid Driver’s License
Strong knowledge of advanced installation techniques and safety standards
Expert use of precision tools and equipment
Ability to work independently and manage complex installations
Strong communication skills and professional customer interaction
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
Leadership experience preferred for multi-day or large-scale projects
Flexible availability based on project demands
Must provide own professional-grade tools, transportation, and equipment
Operates as an independent contractor (1099)
