Buildingstars has been in business since 1994 and operates in over 15 major cities throughout the United States. Our clients are made up of the highest quality accounts in medical facilities and commercial office space.

We are looking for franchisees and subcontractors to provide quality services to our commercial cleaning clients. If you are looking to be your own entrepreneur or supplement your current business, Buildingstars will help you grow.

Expectations:

Buildingstars is responsible for the bidding and sales process

• Buildingstars manages the day-to-day operations with the client
• Buildingstars oversees the invoicing, billing and collections
• You perform the scheduled services within the scope of work as outlined in the cleaning schedule
• Your business will grow based on the success with your initial accounts

Eligibility Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Clear criminal background and social security check
• Must have current liability and workers compensation insurance meeting our customers requirements. Coverage under the Builldingstars policy may be an option. 
• Business license 
• Ability to transport yourself to client sites
