Schedule Details: Monday - Friday | 5 AM - 1:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packager/Shipper. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 Years of Warehouse Experience

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and seal products according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect items for accuracy, defects, and proper labeling before shipment.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including packing slips and tracking labels.
• Organize and stage finished goods for outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order records.
• Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all packaging and shipping areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production and delivery deadlines.

Skills Required:

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and shipment tracking.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
• Previous experience in packaging, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to remain on their feet for extended periods
• Basic math skills
• Strong attendance record
