Job Title: VIP Area Server
Location: Capital One Arena, Washington, D.C. Reports To: Hospitality Supervisor
The Role: We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Server to manage guest experiences within our most exclusive areas. In this role, you will work under the Hospitality Supervisor to create a world-class hospitality experience for VIPs. You will execute service processes with a focus on privacy, precision, and anticipation of guest needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Elevated Guest Service: Provide gracious, unobtrusive service tailored to the specific environment.
Strict Discretion & Privacy: Serve as a trusted professional within high-security areas.
Lounge & Suite Maintenance: Execute meticulous setup and breakdown of dining areas. Ensure areas are replenished, stocked, and the visual presentation of the room remains immaculate throughout the event.
Menu Intelligence: maintain thorough knowledge of premium food and beverage offerings to answer guest inquiries confidently.
Operational Execution: Collaborate seamlessly with the culinary team and Hospitality Supervisor to manage the timing of food drops and clearing, ensuring the service flow never disrupts the guest experience.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in fine dining, luxury hotel banquets, or premium catering.
Professionalism: Impeccable grooming standards and a demeanor that remains calm and polite under high pressure.
Availability: Must be available for event days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
