Position:  Senior Financial Analyst

Compensation:  $95,000 - $135,000 annually, depending on experience

Location:  Lenexa, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and dashboards.
• Support financial policy development and implementation.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Optimize working capital, cash flow, and capital expenditures.
• Evaluate business proposals and investment opportunities.
• Support special projects including M&A due diligence.
• Leverage technology to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong understanding of construction financials and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros.
• 7-10 years of financial analysis experience, with 2-3 years in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA designation.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
