Service Areas: West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Lantana, Jupiter, Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, Boca Raton

Pay Range: $20 – $28/hr (RBTs) | $22 – $28/hr (Student Analysts)

Flexible Schedules: Full-Time (30+ hrs/week) or Part-Time (15+ hrs/week)

BCBA Pathway ~ Student Analyst Program

Enrolled in a Master’s or ABA coursework?

Join our Student Analyst Program with:

Competitive pay: $22–$28/hr
Supervision & unrestricted hours provided

We’re Looking for RBTs Who:

Are passionate about ABA and enjoy working with children
Create a fun, engaging learning environment
Take high-quality data using technology
Follow individualized treatment plans
Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers
Uphold BACB ethical guidelines

Requirements:

Active RBT Certification from the BACB
HS diploma and 1+ year of experience in ABA or related field
Reliable transportation
Smartphone and computer access
Able to travel between client locations
Clean criminal background & driving record
Medicaid ID (optional but a plus)
Bilingual is a plus!
