Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager – Water, Mold, Fire & Cleaning
Location: Norwalk, CT
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Call Rotation
Pay Range: $55,000 – $80,000 per year

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects involving water, fire, and mold damage. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of your work, and enjoys helping people through challenging situations — this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Create detailed project scopes and estimates using tools like Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and DocuSketch.

  • Communicate with customers, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Coordinate crews, schedules, and resources for multiple projects at once.

  • Ensure all documentation and billing requirements are accurate and timely.

  • Handle client approvals, contracts, and service authorizations.

  • Manage customer satisfaction and track feedback.

  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response.

  • Attend daily and monthly team meetings.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of restoration and/or construction experience preferred.

  • 5+ years of project management experience required.

  • PMP certification a plus.

  • Strong leadership and people skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.

  • Comfortable working within budgets and tight timelines.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and restoration software.

  • Must pass a background check.

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to job sites as needed.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
