Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Precast Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our precast manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for efficient production, product quality, workplace safety, and meeting profitability and delivery goals.
The Plant Manager plans and oversees daily production activities, ensuring effective use of staff, materials, and equipment. This position manages all plant employees, including hiring, training, performance management, and compliance with company policies. A strong focus on safety is required, including OSHA compliance, safety programs, inspections, and incident reviews.
The role involves reviewing operational data, setting performance standards, and driving continuous improvement using lean manufacturing practices. The Plant Manager works closely with Quality, Production, and Business Development teams to meet project requirements. Responsibilities also include reviewing financial reports, participating in monthly reviews, and supporting annual business planning.
