We are seeking detail-oriented and dedicated Pharmacy Technicians to support our pharmacists in preparing, packaging, and dispensing medications. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional patient care while maintaining full compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations. • Assist pharmacists in the accurate preparation and filling of prescriptions
• Verify patient information, medication details, and dosage instructions
• Prepare medication labels, packaging, and prescription bags per company procedures
• Monitor, organize, and rotate inventory to reduce expired medications
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Support patients and staff by answering questions and referring clinical concerns to pharmacists when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized pharmacy workspace
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising pharmacist or management

• High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician training program preferred
• Current Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) or applicable state license
• Prior pharmacy experience preferred; specialty or compounding experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Work performed in a pharmacy setting
• Prolonged standing with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
• Exposure to medications, pharmacy equipment, and refrigerated storage areas

• Ability to stand for extended periods while filling and preparing prescriptions
