We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) or Personal Care Assistants (PCA’s) who are passionate about carrying out our mission of Promoting Independence, Meaningful Engagement and Enriching Lives. • Competitive Pay: We start our caregivers at $16-18 per hour.

• Experience: If you love seniors or have experience caring for older adults, we’d love to talk to you.
• Skills: We’re looking for individuals who are compassionate and service minded. Experience providing assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc), light meal prep, cleaning and caring for others.
• Characteristics: You’re a great candidate if you love spending time with seniors and enriching lives. This is an autonomous position, so self-motivation and a willingness to learn is key to success.

• Engage the client in activities and conversation that enrich their life.
• Encourage light exercise to keep the client active and physically moving.
• Assist with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.
• Tidying up the house to keep the environment clean and enjoyable for the client.
• Preparing snacks and light meals for the client to enjoy during your visit.
