Job Description

Century Medical and Dental Center , a busy multi-specialty clinic with 7 locations across Brooklyn , Manhattan , and the Bronx , is currently seeking a Pain Management Provider ( MD , DO , or NP ) to join our growing team. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients with acute or chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing interventional procedures, medication management, and non-pharmacologic therapies.
• Perform in-office pain management procedures as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with other specialists, primary care providers, physical therapists, and mental health professionals as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in our EHR system.
• Educate patients on pain management options, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
• Participate in collaborative case discussions with the multi-specialty team.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state pain management regulations and best practices.
• Provide follow-up care and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and outcomes.
