💰 Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $40-50/hr , depending on experience, setting, location, and status (full-time, part-time, or PRN)

📝 Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.

✨ Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current NM license (or eligibility)
Passionate about improving patient quality of life
Strong communication and teamwork skills
