We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist to join our growing imaging team in Naples, FL. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a high-quality, patient-centered outpatient imaging environment while utilizing state-of-the-art MRI technology to support accurate diagnosis and exceptional care.
As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI examinations, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining the standards of excellence that support our commitment to delivering outstanding diagnostic imaging services.
Compensation: Up to $47/hourly plus $2 dollars more for shift differential.
Shifts Available:
2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans according to established protocols and physician orders
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and clear communication throughout the exam
Operate and maintain MRI equipment while following all safety guidelines
Screen patients for contraindications and verify medical history
Produce high-quality images for radiologist interpretation
Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, nurses, and support staff to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Troubleshoot equipment issues and report service needs as required
Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and imaging quality standards
Qualifications:
ARRT (MR) certification or ARRT RT(R) with MRI registry eligibility
Current Florida state licensure (if applicable)
Prior MRI experience preferred, but new MRI-certified technologists are encouraged to apply
Strong patient care, communication, and safety awareness
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Comfort working in either a 12P–8P shift or 8A–4:30P shift
