Graduate Software Engineer

We’re a fast-growing, venture-backed company transforming global transportation through intelligent, AI-powered infrastructure. As a Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll ship code used in live operational environments - not side projects or internal tools.

This is an opportunity to learn fast, take ownership early, and work on complex systems alongside experienced engineers.

What You’ll Do

Build full-stack features with TypeScript (React/Next.js) and Python (FastAPI/Django)
Develop scalable backend services and APIs powering AI-driven decision tools
Deploy and integrate machine learning models into real-world workflows
Optimise systems for performance, reliability, and efficiency
Ship quickly in a collaborative, high-accountability engineering environment

What We’re Looking For

Final-year or recent Computer Science graduates from top universities
Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems
Hands-on coding experience from internships, projects, or research
Evidence of excellence: open-source, hackathons, impactful university work
Curious, ambitious engineers who love solving hard problems
Able to work onsite in Denver at least 3 days/week
