About the Role:
The Financial Analyst supports Rethink's core financial operations through accurate invoicing, accounts receivable management, and detailed financial and revenue analysis. This role will contributes to month-end close and audit activities, and partner with the broader finance team to improve processes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and experience with systems like Sage Intacct and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and issue client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, track outstanding balances, and follow up with clients on overdue payments.
  • Identify billing errors and data analysis.
  • Ensure all billing activities comply with HIPPA and privacy standards.
  • Safeguard all protected health information (PHI) while performing billing, invoicing, and data analysis tasks. 
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all charges and supporting records.
  • Approving and verifying amounts in Salesforce cases
  • Send out weekly updates to management with collection notes for invoices Aged 60+.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable Manager and broader billing team with projects and process improvements.
  • Perform GL tasks including monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist with the monthly close process including account reconciliation and journal entries
  • Perform Revenue Analysis
  • Support annual audits, providing timely responses and detailed documentation to external auditors. 
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Preferred undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2-3 years of relevant business experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions)
  • Experience with ERP system like Sage Intacct and Salesforce highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently on deliverables to achieve accurate results.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and maintain excellent communication regarding deliverables.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with members of the senior management team and others within the Company.
