The Role

We’re looking for a Cloud PACS Administrator to support and optimize our cloud-based PACS and imaging environment. This role is essential to maintaining system performance, availability, and compliance while supporting radiologists and clinical partners nationwide.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support cloud-based PACS and imaging systems

• Monitor system performance, uptime, security, and storage

• Support DICOM, HL7, RIS, and EMR integrations

• Troubleshoot imaging, workflow, and connectivity issues

• Coordinate with radiologists, IT teams, and vendors

• Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes

• Maintain documentation and support HIPAA compliance

• Participate in on-call support as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of PACS or medical imaging systems administration experience

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)

• Strong knowledge of DICOM and radiology workflows

• Experience supporting teleradiology or 24/7 imaging environments

• Solid troubleshooting and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Candidates located in or near the Chicago area are preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud PACS or VNA platforms

• Cloud or healthcare IT certifications

• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python)
