No Experience Needed — Earn Weekly Pay While You Train
If you’re looking to start a stable, high-earning career in trucking, our CDL-A trainee program based in the Charlotte, NC region is built for you. You’ll receive paid training from day one, upgrade to a solo driver position, and step into a long-term career with consistent miles and strong weekly pay.
Training Pay (First 4–6 Weeks): $650/week
Solo Driver Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ per week
Mileage Pay (After Training): $0.43–$0.51 CPM
Stop Pay: $15 per stop after upgrade
Equipment: Late-model tractor assigned after training completion
OTR: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour home reset
Freight: No-touch dry van freight (live loads + drop & hook)
Running Area: Access to 48-state OTR lanes after upgrade
Home Base: Charlotte metro region
Must have a valid CDL-A (recent graduates encouraged)
Willing to run OTR for two consecutive weeks
Must live within 200 miles of Charlotte, NC
