No Experience Needed — Get Paid From Day One
If you’re ready to start a long-term, stable career in trucking, our CDL-A trainee program based in the Birmingham, AL region is an excellent pathway. You’ll earn weekly pay during training, work closely with a professional mentor, and upgrade into a solo driving position with strong, consistent weekly income.
Training Pay (First 4–6 Weeks): $650 per week
Solo Driver Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ weekly
Mileage Pay (Post-Training): $0.43–$0.51 CPM
Stop Pay: $15 per stop once upgraded
Equipment: Assigned late-model tractor after completing training
OTR: 12–14 days out followed by a 34-hour reset at home
Freight Type: No-touch dry van (mix of live loads/unloads and drop & hook)
Running Area: Nationwide 48-state coverage after upgrade
Home Base: Birmingham metro region
Valid CDL-A license required (recent school graduates welcome)
Willing to run OTR for two consecutive weeks
Must live within 200 miles of Birmingham, AL
